  • Company’s primary technician doing troubleshooting, research, and repair of problems on Macintosh and Windows operating systems. This includes any installed software and attached peripheral devices.

 

  • Manage company projects including new hardware and software implementation. Including the development, testing, installation and training phases of all projects.

 

  • Responsible for company wide organization and documentation of existing network and phone system.

  • Designed, built, and managed a multiple operating system network that included windows 2003 SBS, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Apple OS 10.4 and CentOS operating systems.
